  I tried ordering something online from there because I shopped there in person and loved it. However, ordering online was a whole different experience. I was waiting for ages for earrings I was going to give my mom on her birthday. I looked and my order had been cancelled. I had no clue this happened as they "sent a email" I did not receive to notify me. I looked at my account and the money had been taken out for the earrings so I emailed them and the worst thing about it was they knew the earrings weren't in stock! They were going to take my money anyways knowing it was out of stock, and heeven though I didn't respond to their email. TERRIBLE service by doing that. I also read another review where they sent her a "email" about her item being out of stock too but she did not get it. I wasn't offered a discount of any sort for their mistake so I just decided to get my refund. Don't shop from them online seems like it's out dated, they will take your money (with the knowledge that it's out of stock and you haven't responded to their (email)), and you'll never get your item, so keep your eye on everything. I will never be shopping with them again.
