  Rude service (lack thereof) I called to speak with the manager about a bundle package deal that we wanted to purchase and the first lady was short and rude (like you need executive permission to speak with a manager around here) but when after waiting for five minutes we finally got a chance to get the manager on the phone he seemed very un-entertained or un excited to talk to a customer also… Yes me a live, paying customer. It was to the point where I felt like they though I was calling to complain when all I was calling about was to buy more furniture! I simply said well if you are not interested in my money I guess I can take it elsewhere

  I've purchased 2 floor lamps and 1 leather sofa from Ashley HomeStore. I am happy to say that both purchases are quality merchandises and I couldn't be happier with my choices. The lamps came by mail and the sofa was an in-home delivery. The delivery guys were very professional and very courteous.
