  If I could rate zero stars I would. I came in 15 minutes before closing and knew exactly what I needed to get. I could've been in and out within 5 minutes if half of the inventory wasn't in the back and there were more than 5 scents to shop from on the shelves.There were probably 10-15 people who looked to be working and only one person offered help when we were clearly searching for something specific. Then, when I got to the register the lady who checked us out was incredibly rude. She gave dirty looks the entire time she was checking us out and told us we could wrap our own gift sets (I'm assuming because they were closing and she just didn't want to). It's safe to say we will not be returning to this location. Never have I ever received such poor service, and having previously been a manager in retail I would've never allowed such poor service.
