  Ordered battery online. Got a confirmation that order was ready about 20 minutes after placing the order. When I went to the store to pick up about 7 hrs later, everything was ready. I forgot to bring my order number with me as required according to the online request, but the store clerk had my order pulled up already and did not even ask for it. Battery was exact replacement for the one I had. Could not be happier with the process.

  I took an iPhone in to be repaired. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be taking our phones and iPads to this store when I have future repairs.
