  They're GM, Rodney, is a snake. He told me he couldn't accept my Apple watch back because I didn't have the box. I already owned one and got one for my wife. She didn't feel it was really suited to her so I tried to return it. I was told there was no way to verify the serial without the box. After multiple lies about no other way to verify the serial number, I see it has it listed on the back.... after it's too late to return it. I was tricked and with Geek Squad and so many others involved; I know someone had to have known yet he outright lied for a sale. This place should be avoided.
