  The tech was well ahead of his scheduled time, which was a very good thing. He did an awesome job explaining what he was doing and communicated with me during most of the installation. I felt very comfortable with the end result.

  The first thing I would say is that I was upset that my previous security system was completely cut off the wall before fees were discussed. Had I known that it was going to cost me an additional amount for this service, I might have changed my mind, but it was now too late. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. However, the installer was the nicest, kindest and friendliest man, and was willing to help me in any way possible. He did not care about the time it took, and I must praise his attitude and willingness to make my experience a good one, despite the additional cost.
