  This bad rating isn't against this particular Dillard's, but the chain's policies. They "prefer" customers to return things to the department bought from, in a 3 story department store. I worked at a department comparing store years ago, and that's BS. Customers should be able to return anywhere in store. Then, "sale" items need to be returned within 3 days. I tried at 5 days (post purchase). Dillard's has never been customer friendly, but when so many other retailers cater to the customer, I don't know how Dillard's stays in business. You'd think they'd try harder.
