  When Christian is working there as night manager this place is a pleasure to be at. When Ray is working there as night manager I will do everything I can to avoid this place, more specifically I will make my coffee at home so I don't have to see, talk to, listen to, or otherwise have any contact with Ray. In my opinion he is an arrogant, self-styled know-it-all, who talks down to me. Often he does not have all the coffees prepared, and frequently has some unwarranted comment or complaint to make when you pay. Result: my rating is five stars when Christian is working there, zero stars when Ray is working there, consequently I give it a three.
