  Well, for one I saw a cashier a lady and did not get her name arguing with a customer on the phone practically yelling at the customer. One thing about customer service is that the customer is always right. This cashier had no respect towards the customer. Big line to pay in Cashiers talkin taking their time. Now the restaurant side which is Denise is very good the waitress was very polite. Parking lot is fair there is always a traffic jam. Due to the disrespect towards the customer I say this is not a very good Flying J management needs to look into this weather it's a truck driver on the phone which are the ones that generate the most money... Or is an elderly person that cashier should not speak to any customer the way she was speaking on the phone. Management train your employees word of advice
