When I asked for a certain kind of shoe, one employee walk right passed me. When I asked another employee who was justing at the doorway, he turned his head away, said no, and immediately walked away talking on his walkie earpiece. They made me think that they did not want to help me. I will not buy anything from House of Hoops, ever.
