No high pressure matter fact no pressure, it's if they were trying to fit you into the right item. Not just selling - information sharing. -> If you want an amazing down to earth, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable - truly helpful person - Ask for Brent - You will enjoy the gentlemen - Brent would rather have you not make a rushed purchase and have no regrets .... You will understand after you meet him.

  Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Have purchased several items and all have been pretty smooth from start to end. Some items can seem a tad high on price. The quality of the furniture, some we have had for years, have held up very well.

  Customer service severely lacking... missing parts, stock answer is it will take 7 to 10 days. Need a missing instruction book, or at least a list of fasteners.... 7 to 10 days. All this is after you wait 7 to 10 days for furniture to arrive, because nothing is stocked locally, other than a few small pieces. Won't be back... for 7 to 10 days and beyond.
