  I have bought several flagpoles for myself and my father over the past few years along with new flags as needed from Liberty Flag in Tulsa, OK. I have always received courteous and prompt service every time, but the last event went beyond my expectations and speaks volumes about this company. My telescoping flagpole (Elite 20) has been recently having issues getting it to raise and lower. I stopped in the store yesterday and talked to Jeff. He blew me away when he explained how to troubleshoot and repair the pole instead of being like most retail companies that would want to sell me another pole. He is obviously in business to make money, but I immediately saw that he cared more about his service. Long story short, I went home and was able to easily disassemble the pole and found the issue with the hooks. I do not blame the manufacturer of the pole or Liberty Flag as the dealer and have figured out since that I have solid clay in the area of this pole I probably should have made a deeper hole with more gravel to allow for additional drainage so that water did not build up inside of the pole. Now it got better. Called Jeff back and explained what I found. He advised I could probably call the manufacturer direct. I also learned I should have registered the pole and it was under a 7 year warranty. When I called the manufacturer they were happy to send me parts at no costs....unbelievable that up to this point no one made more money off of me. AWESOME SERVICE by both manufacturer (American Engineered Products) and dealer (Liberty Flags of Tulsa). The rep (Lisa) at the manufacturer told me to go ahead and fill out my registration online even though its been a few years and no proof left of the sale date. I registered and I'm blown away by Liberty Flags of Tulsa and this particular manufacturer and that they stand behind their products. To prevent future problems I'm going to dig a deeper hole and add a lot more gravel for drainage and then enjoy this awesome pole and the American Flag that flies upon it.
