  My husband and I purchased an over-the-stove microwave on 1/3/18. The fellow who helped us with the purchase was very helpful and pleasant. He said we would hear from the contracted installer within 48 hours. 1 WEEK later I got a phone call as I was walking out the door to work "headed to your house to check the microwave install" and would not reschedule to later in the day. Was miffed, but called in to work. Whole inspection took literally less than 2 minutes and he was gone and I lost half a day of PTO. Husband went and signed contract. Once again, 48 hrs. No word at all from installer. My husband visited the store 3 times inquiring. Finally on 1/22/18 when we still had heard nothing from the installer he went and was refunded all the purchase and install without even am apology. Guess who called on 1/23/18 "to come install the microwave"? Really? Will just use the Bixby Lowes.

  The staff is always trying to help customers in every way they can.I bought a washing machine ,which was a replacement for one I have owned since 1986, and the young man worked tirelessly to give me the best deal possible and then helped arrange delivery and installation at no extra charge.I then went to the windows department to purchase a couple of windows.The salesman there also worked very hard to get me exactly what I needed at a very satisfactory cost. After I returned home and discovered I had given the wrong measurements,l called and he fixed the problem over the phone.A couple of years ago I needed to replace roofs on two different houses ,and this Lowe's gave me a better deal than I imagined was possible after having checked out many other places.Again, the staff looked for every possible savings measure available and they even refunded and picked up materials I had purchased that were in excess of what was needed. This is definitely the place to go for excellent customer service.I have to compliment the staff for their behavior and management for their excellent training.

  Great store and friendly staff, Store manager is always very helpful. I usually purchase more than I need and never have issues returning items. Very customer oriented store, mgmt shows great care for taking care of customer service.
