  READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH MILL CREEK To start off this story our first sales lady was very nice when we were looking at purchasing granite along with picking out our slab. We ran into our first problem when she was supposed to come measure on a Saturday and we called five or six times with no answer or call back. She calls us on Monday and explains she was sick and sorry she couldn’t make it; I understand people get sick and threw it to the wayside. The next problem comes up when the “professional” came to take measurements of our countertops. From here they sent us the first quote; we did not check anything on this and wanted to change the edges of one side so we had them add that up. The second quote they sent was around $100 more than we expected; at this point we started to wonder did they actually complete the measurement properly? Come to find out after taking our own measurements they were using the incorrect lengths on two sides of our granite for pricing and cutting of the material. When we called back and explained what was going on and how they had the wrong measurements we were told that they make mistakes and they were sorry and sent us the third quote. Well I wanted to dig into this issue further so I called the direct supervisor and proceeded to be belittled by the asking what profession I was in along with if I ever make mistakes, they said and I quote” Sometimes our customers are charged more for a job while others are charged less”. This just threw me off of the deep end so I proceeded to tell her that is very unacceptable and not a proper business ethic to have. These people might seem like decent people to deal with but please take into account the other reviews of this company, because in my mind they are dirt and very unprofessional.
