Well this call was unpleasant. Debbie was very rude. I have to right down everything I do or I'll instantly forget. I have a brain injury and I asked her for some help, I said my name and I said my fiance's name and I said my ring was slipping due to a clean eating regimen and I said it was funny because I was going to do that anyway. I asked a question, " do you have any suggestions," she literally said "you can go to Wal-Mart for that." I said, "hold on, I need to write this down and I told her that I had to write everything down because I have a memory issue." She acted like that didn't phase her and it was a waste of time. I asked if it was ok to put her on speaker so I could text it to my dad and she said ok. I then asked her what was it called because I forgot and she said spacer, I repeated it. She then said hatefully you can go to Wal-Mart. I said, thank you so much and she said have a great day, bye bye. She hung up like she didn't care about what I was saying and she didn't want to help me. I was going to call Isreal Diamond, but since my fiance went to Moody's to get it resized and cleaned (he spent $30, Moody's Paris put in a box to hold the ring and then they put it in another box to cover it). This made our engagement so much better. I am really disappointed and I will never call Moody's again. You don't know who the person is and if they have a disability, you should listen to them and respect them for telling you that. I work as a leasing agent and we get shopped for phone calls. Debbie should be shopped especially for people with a disability. I don't know if I should walk away from this or sue Debbie. ADA laws exist.

Compared their jewelry quality of those to Costco (who sales VVS and near colorless stones), got a response of "why would you buy diamonds where you purchase bulk cheese". Employee there seemed very disgruntled and had an attitude as soon as we walked through the door. Not sure if it was due to our skin color, or the fact that I inquired about their jewelry selection to local competition. BUYER BEWARE!
