I’ve been shopping here for awhile. When I first came in, I was amazed by how knowledgable the employees were and how helpful they were to help make sure that everything is set up to the best of its potential. I have purchased multiple animals from the establishment, including but not limited to: bearded dragons, chameleon, rats, etc. I was told my chameleon was not sexually mature yet, and that she would get much much bigger. A couple of weeks later, she was very sick and dying after having babies. She passed away shortly after I purchased her. I did my research, everything was set up correctly, but she was just sick. I thought “Okay. It happens. He didn’t know much about chameleons.” since he said there was no way she was able to have babies yet. Fast forward about a month later, I go back into the store and purchased a bearded dragon that seems really healthy, other than the fact that it hasn’t grown to its full size a year later. I also bought a silk back bearded dragon that ended up dying as well. I have noticed emaciated, dehydrated, and dead animals in their store on multiple occasions with it seems no veterinary care available. The store is selling baby turtles for purposes other than educational (the sale of turtles under 4 inches is illegal unless for academic or educational purposes). It’s very simple. All of my rats have upper respiratory issues due to improper housing at the store. The small animal tanks smell so bad that after I had left the store, I still felt sick and nauseous from the stench. Every time I get an animal from the store, I count it as a “rescue”. The store itself is filthy, dusty, and unorganized. Staff is rude. I’ve also had to get my own animals out of an enclosure to box up and purchase due to the fact NOBODY was seen anywhere near by to help. I also had to wait at the register for over 15 minutes to purchase something before. The only reason it is getting more than one star is because I love all of the babies that I have gotten there, even if most of them have ended in heartbreak.

Horrible. My friend said their animals are starving. One has an infection. When I visited, people were handling the animals without supervision. The animals never got rest and were being poked at and even dropped. My friend also said they fed a live guinea pig to a snake in front of customers. Twice. Made her sick to the stomach, and she is crying. They need to treat their animals better.
