  If Costco were within a reasonable driving distance to me, I would have both memberships, but, I mudt say, since Costco came to Town, Sams, has cleaned up their act quite a bit! Before Costco opened, you could ask all sams members in Tulsa, and we were ALL BEGGING for costco! Having lived in CA 15 yrs, I was very spoiled to superior quality, at better prices, and much better staffing! ( because, they pay their help better)! But, I am Thrilled, they are open, at 7 am, on Sunday, New years EVE! So after thinking about my previous 3 star rating, I upped it to 4!
