  If I could give less stars I absolutely would. We had the charging port and screen replaced because there was small crack in it. We brought our phone home after driving an hour and a half... The home button and volume buttons didn't work after they replaced the screen. It takes us 4 days to come back due to holidays and they only have 1 tech and she's on lunch 2 and a half hours later were still here DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  11 year customer with Sprint and the overall customer service across the company is extremely poor. I returned a leased device and was still being charged several months later until I went back into this store to had it corrected. 3 trips after the monthy charge was removed I'm still trying to get my money refunded. Jake keeps pushing it off to Justin (store manger...whom I have yet to see) and no one calls me back.....so done with Sprint!!

  Lost customers of 16+ years today because of extremely terrible customer service. Today we returned our phones and changed carriers because of sprint employees rudeness. My father and I went in to the store on 71st and Aspen and the guy there only answered with yes or no and was very unhelpful. Today when we went to the store on Mingo to return our old phones we were asked if we needed help by an employee and then promptly interuppted and told by another woman employee that there are other people who had been there waiting so we needed to get our names down and wait. So we do that and wait a whole 30 secs. We then are helped by a very cheerful (sarcasm) man named Adul I think. He begins the process of returning the phones and asks my dad who we switched to. My dad responded by saying it really didn't matter and he didn't think that was his concern. Mr. Adul responds by saying, "I was just curious there is no need to be a dick." Will never do business with Sprint again. Beginning to think rudeness and unprofessional tendencies is apart of their training.
