  My husband and I went today to look at bicycles. We aren't not knowledgeable about bikes at all and we needed help with what type of bicycles we needed, helmets, accessories etc. We were there for over 30 min and no one ever came to help. No one even acknowledged our presence by saying hi or anything. We couldn't even find someone to help by walking around. So we left and went to a bicycle shop by our house and ended up spending $1200 on all of the items listed above. That local bike shop had great service, took the time to fit us on bikes and made us comfortable with spending that kind of money as novices. We will not be returning to sun and ski as we can clearly find better service elsewhere, even if it means spending a little more. The man at the bike shop was very pleased we had poor (no) service at sun and ski as he made a great sale today.
