  The customer service at this location is a joke. They never acknowledge you when you come in and usually only have one person helping customers. I have walked out twice after waiting 20+ Minutes.

  I needed to make a payment, so I choose the store closest to where I live on Yale. The store was small. Only one customer service rep. was available. The people in front of me left without waiting. My wait was about 15 min. I was treated well, and the representative took care of my need with perfection. However, I did notice there was no handicap parking, or wheelchair access, or restroom. No where for small children to wait.
