  Customer service is horrible. I was not given a receipt for the new phone or my old Otterbox back. After 5 calls over 3 days and 3 calls to 611 customer service, the issue is still not resolved. This is ridiculous. UNACCEPTABLE!

  They just gave me the run around telling me to come back in a few days then they say call customer service then again go to store and they can't figure out what's going on been having same issue for 3 weeks and nobody can help me. Im getting very frustrated something so simple they are making it hard. They blame there computer system they need to be better trained.
