  The manager here did a wonderful job fixing a problem. Would've been better if the associate told us up front what was going on but at least the manager took care of us and we did go ahead and get the extra service do to his demeanor.

  Just had the best day ever. Went to the AT&T store at 71st and Memorial to get advice on what I could do to lower my phone bill. I live on a fixed income. I had been preparing myself for just the opposite of what was about to happen. Jay Taylor was the young man who helped me with a plan that is a third of what I was paying. He was so nice and listen. I was ready to leave AT&T after 20 plus years but he showed me how I could stay and continue to be a happy customer. Thank you Jay Taylor
