  I just got married and my wife switched to T-Mobile on my account. We had some issues with our account and were told to contact the store manager for help. I spoke to the manager (Danny or something like that) who seemed very helpful. He told me that he would try to resolve the issue and would contact me by Saturday. It is now Saturday night a week after he was supposed to contact me. I have called the store multiple times and left messages for him but he still has not contacted me. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure if someone in a customer service capacity says they'll call by a certain day that I shouldn't spend a week trying to get ahold of them. After 14 years with T-Mobile they might have kept my business if it hasn't been for the terrible customer service from this store and it's manager.

  I arrived here and wanted to buy new phones and possibly switch to T-Mobile because of my new business that is just rolling out. But then, I wanted to use the restroom quickly. First I got a yes from the sales lady and a no from the sale guy almost simultaneously. Then, restroom is busy and finally It's not available to customers. I was then advised to goto the next door store AT&T. Luckily, my house was only about 2 miles away. So I simply walked back to the car and drive home wandering what serous business will not factor into consideration the basic need of the customers? Very pathetic.
