  Original review: I love being a T-Mobile customer. Almost every experience has been a good one and their plans, phones, and service are getting even better as time goes on. And 11 months later: So, I've been speaking with the manager on and off the past month due to a lack of a specific phone being available (the phone is a great phone for the cost and Tmo has been out of stock). The entire time, each of the members I've talked to and met were courteous and informative. When the phone finally was available at one of the areas stores, they were kind enough to go fetch it for me, twice (yes, I bought two)! These guys have customer first.
