  Pharmacy staff is very unprofessional acts as I bothered them calling about prescriptions that were called in 1-29 they stated weren't there she only asked for my child's first name which there was a language barrier but she didn't attempt to understand me she promptly responded he had nothing there never asking for DOB or anything else identifying so after calling 4Th & Sheridan & being informed they had been at pine since prior day so I called pine location back asking for manager she wasn't friendly either she stated one sons was present other needed insurance number I provided and thanked her and in process she hung up no your welcome or goodbye and this ongoing issue when baby was first born they argued he couldn't possibly have a sooner care Id one day after being born and refused to look at the print out I tried providing just going to switch back to 4Th and Sheridan they never lack in customer service skills....

  Good lord. The last few visits have been met with at least a 10 minute wait in line while the line builds up and the other cashiers and managers just watch and do nothing. I will absolutely avoid this one.

  Good prices. Some nice people. Just don't go at night or some old blonde lady will talk you to death. Builds up a line of ten people before one of the lazy night workers (usually the other blonde fat chick, the trailer park lookin one) decides to help.
