    I came in last night because I had bought some headphones from another Walgreens but they weren’t reaching my expectations so I wanted my money back to I could invest in getting a better pair. I didn’t know not all Walgreens are 24 hrs... so I look on google what the closest 24 hr one is and little did I know that I would get treat like I’m a bother I would have waited for the morning to do it at my local one. I wasted in with my headphones and my receipt, the older guy working there saw me that I had headphones in my head like .2 seconds ago I had walked in and he looked up as he was helping a customer. He’s all smiles with the other guy but then he’s like ‘hey’. That’s all I get from him... he scans my stuff like as if he was ringing me out when he clearly knew it was a refund, I tell him the receipt is in the little case sir... it’s a return. He said to me “well you didnt tell me it was a return “ really annoyed with me. Then I tell this guy “well I know you saw me walk in with it ...” he’s like ummmm yeah “you’re going to have to go back to the store you got them at.” “WE HAVE A POLICY THAT IF YOU USE IT YOU HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE SAME PLACE YOU bOUghttt ITt At” how silly do you have to be to say that to me, I had read the back and it said if you have your receipt you can bring it back to ANY STORE AND GET A FULL REFUND. It is not a franchise to my knowledge for you to be making new rules, I didn’t know you owned the place. So I tell him “no, no no... it says different in the back .. call your manager”. He’s telling me “well she’s over there but I’ll have you know I’m a shift lead” I told him “ummm ok, just call your manager sir” this one lady by the skin care items come up tot he registers their whispering like when the headphones are at he comes back and does it he doesn’t apologize he just has an attitude the whole time. I work retail too and commission and I don’t like it when I have to make a refund either but it’s my job to make the customer feel good. I really wanted to get some headphones but her really changed my mind on that one. The very rude “shift leaders” name was JAMIE, very rude no customer service what so ever and I forgot the the manegers name but she didn’t even bother to look at me. Ugh just horrible I felt so uncomfortable the Intire time . I hope someone reads this, I was thinking of calling customer service but looking at all these reviews... it doesn’t seem to matter. Just a little warning if you can avoid this Walgreens do it. Go spend your money at another one.
